Hi.
As the topic says; how can I create a shortcut pointing to Device manager into my desktop? I've done it somehow before but also reinstalled windows since and of course forgot how I did it Oh, and it's win2k I'm talking about.

Right click on Desktop and go to New > shortcut
the Location is: %SystemRoot%\System32\mmc.exe %systemroot%\system32\devmgmt.msc HTH |

press Windows Flag key and BREAK/Pause together at one time..it's the fastest way
