Outlook 2003 & Newsgroups

I cannot find my newsgroups in Outlook 2003 (they do show up in Outlook Express but I don't use it that frequently). I checked Microsoft Help and was able to get News in my Go menu. However, after logging off and back on, the News option in the menu is now gone. Is there an edit in my registry that can get the Newsgroup setting back into Outlook 2003?
