Random BSOD then Restart

Argh...this is really frustrating....

Every now and then, whether I am gaming, browsing the net, etc. I get a blue screen of death, then my computer restarts itself. I can't pause the screen to see what it says, but I believe I saw something like "clearing physical memory...." after it restarts and goes back into windows, It sometimes asks me if I want to send an error report. I did this, then it brought me to a soultion page, where it told me it was a device driver problem, but it was unable to pinpoint the source. I reinstalled the new drivers for my video card, deleted a ton of crap I don't use any more, ran Adaware... didn't seem to help much. Tonight I'm going to try a defrag and virus check, I'll post if it finds anything. Do you guys and gals have any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks so much.

Copy down the error code/message you get on the BSOD and do a google search for it. It should lead you in the right direction to find out what's wrong.

I would, but it restarts too quick and I can;t read what it says. Any ideas on how to pause it? The Pause/Break button doesn't work.

Control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery, uncheck restart on error.
