I'm sorry if this is being posted on the wrong board...

Is anyone familiar with this? I've tried everything to remove it but no luck!!!

Any assistance will be appreciated!

cws, as in Cool Web Search?

If so, download CWShrdeer from here, run it, let it scan and it'll remove anything if found.

Always reboot after doing a scan of this type.
