Personally, I'd get rid of
Nerocheck - it checks and logs for any errors that you may have when using Nero. If your Nero works fine, you can do away with it.

there are a number of programs starting you might want to get rid of. one is "tkbelexe" that is part of realplayer and hp component manager is the other.
