Hi,
I have a Windows 2000 Pro System. Normally in Microsoft Word 2000, we can use the shortcut key Ctrl+PgDn or Ctrl+Pgup to scroll up/down.But once we perform a seach for any word, say "individual", since then, whenever we invoke Ctrl+PgDn or Ctrl+Pgup for scrolling, it performs the search and does not really display the pagewise orientation. It shows a message "Word has reached the beginning of the document. Do you want to continue searching at the end?"..I am really not sure what this is supposed to mean..Anyway..is this a bug..Is there any workaround for this problem.Maybe restarting the pc solves it..i dont know.its not feasible to restart since i have a lot of programs running on the pc..and it takes a really long time to boot to the desktop. Pls let me know your ideas, Thanks. |

Under the scrollbar on the right you will see two up arrows, a circle, then two down arrows. If you click the circle, it will give you a pop up where you can change the "browse by". The default is browse by page, but when you do a search, it is changed to "find".
Hope this is clear Cheryl |
