comp freezes at Welcome screen
Hi i am running Windows Xp PRo and quite recently, whenever i boot it up, my computer freezes at the Welcome screen.. Is there a way to fix this? I would try running in safe mode but i do not know how. Thank you in advance.

hold F8 when you start your pc, that will get you in safe mode
