WJView error

I have been getting a "WJView error: Could not execute Main:The system cannot find the file specified.", message when I boot up a Windows Me system. When I run msconfig, and uncheck the box infront of "UpromiseRemindU" the message does not appear when I boot so that seems to be the source of the problem. However, I do not know what that entry in the startup section of msconfig controls and want to fix the problem. I have run PCTools Registry Mechanic and while it fixes most of my computer's problems, it does not effect this one. I have contacted Microsoft's support but all I can get from them is spyware and viruses cause systems to run erracticly. I have run several virus checkers without result also.

Can anyone give me a fix for this problem?
regards,
