MSINFO32 Not Working

I received the tip from here on using this but mine won't work. I use Start , Run and type msinfo32 and hit ok but nothing happens. Using XP with all updates.

It should be under services in your admin tools in the control panel. Or alternatively, go to START > RUN > services.msc
Make sure that you set your Help and Support Services to automatic. This ensures that when you use a program or module that requires these services, it will start up automatically.
