Hey ho,
I was given a nice Compaq laptop a month or so ago off a family relative. The only irritating thing i encounter daily is on logging in. When the login box appears the Username that's there automatically is my relatives. I like to login using the Admin login. My question is how do i stop my relatives name being inserted automatically and change it to Admin? For info: Under User Accounts there is only Admin & Guest logins. |

Is the laptop still registered to your relative?

`If your relative's account has administrator privileges, log on using that account and go to user accounts. Create a new account in your name and give it administrator privileges. Log on to your account and delete the old one.
