To find out exactly where the files are stored goto: Tools, options, maintanence, store folder. Open windows explore and make a backup/copy of that folder.
to use it on another PC/after a format/etc: file, import, messages, select outlook express 6 (or ver you use), import mail from store directory, ok, and select where you saved the backup. not sure how to use export to make a backup. seems to only export one account. |

You can also create a folder in my documents or wherever you want, then open the read mail, highlight the e-mails you want to copy, go to top of screen --file save as--and put them in the file you created.
