Missing/Corrupt File?
I just recently installed win xp pro and everthing went smoothly. Upon rebooting I received an error message stating that file win32/drivers may be missing or corrupt and suggesting I repair the install. I tried just reseting and then windows boots up normal with no problems. This occurs everytime I shutdown the computer and boot up. Each time I can correct the problem by resetting. Why is this happening? Has anyone else experienced this symptom?

What are your complete system specs? Sounds like you may have bad RAM.

It could be bad RAM but since it always gives the error that win32\drivers is missing or corrupt may indicate a bad sector on the HDD. Try running chkdisk and a diagnostic utility from the HDD manufacturer.
