big problem

hey guys i have a very big problem so here it goes

what is happining is when i start my computer windows boots up but when the blue loggin screen comes up it says

The instruction at ox77ddff9f referenced memory at ox77d2ff9f the memory could not be read

click ok to terimate the problem

click cancle to bebug the problem

then within a few seconds the computer shuts down and reboots

does anyone know the problem and how to fix it
