2 blue screen error message - what are they?

i'm kind of trying to troubleshoot my pc - and i finally remembered that instead of having my pc automatically reboot on errors, i could disable that and get the "blue screen" - so i did that (i was having a problem with my computer rebooting itself when i was trying to do an active update for an aol beta product) and the error i received for that issue was "BAD_POOL_HEADER" - the stop code was: STOP: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0x859ED1E8, 0X859ED300, 0X0A230001); a second error i received when i had started up my computer after adding a new case fan & a pci-based fan for my graphics card, after my computer froze up and i hit the restart button on the case and i got the "microsoft error box" after reloading windows and it had this error in it: "STOP: 0X000000EA Thread Stuck in Device Driver (Q293078)" - i went to the microsoft page about that one but it didn't really help any :-P it hasn't happened again.

just looking for some clarification on those two errors and what they possibly might be. my computer specs are:

Windows XP sp2
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ (1.8ghz)
1gb ram
120gb HDD(main); 40gb HDD(backup)
BFG Nvidia 6200 oc 256mb AGP8x
(case runs 3 case fans, pci-fan, powersupply w/ backside & bottom fans) - definitely cool inside) - no new added hardware, only a couple of fans

If the PCI fan is in the slot next to the video card, that could be causing the "thread stuck in device driver". Move the fan card down a slot or two.

my pci fan, it takes up 2 pci slot spaces, but is installed with one empty pci slot between the slot it is plugged into and the agp slot. i haven't gotten that error at all anymore - only once. (pci fan) (empy pci slot) (agp vid card) <-- that's kinda how it is in my case
