what is this?
I formated my PC last week and installed 98se back on to it. I have noticed several times since then when I click a link, it shows a red circle with a white open hand in it and will not open the link. I have no kind of virus protection except Ad-aware. I have never seem this in all the years of owning this PC or ad-aware. Thanks for the help.
