Trap00000006 exception when starting up

Booted up my dads computer today and its bringing me to this bios screen after the dell logo goes away (when windows would normally start)

Says

Trap00000006 =================== Exception==================

with alot of 2 letter=digits and letters codes underneath?

F keys do nothing, Ctrl Alt Del only restarts bringing it back to the same spot?

Should i just open it up, and pop out the mobo battery so it restarts?
