Question Event ID 1509

I kept getting the following error whenever I logon to my client computer.

Windows cannot copy file to location . Possible causes of this error include network problems or insufficient security rights. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL - .

The event id is 1509. I have created multiple user names on the DC server and I still get this message. I even have the user be a member of the client computer local administrator group and I still receive this error. Help is appreciated.

Question

Many thanks for the help. However, I couldn't find a way to download the update that Microsoft points to. When I get into the http://www.netapp.com website, I couldn't find download link to downlaod it. Is it free or not? Does anyone know?

I found a Third Party site where you can download it but you must register with their site first and I'm not sure if it's free or not. Give it a try, report back and let us know how things turn out.

Thank you for the link to download. However, here is what I have tried. I uninstall my ZoneAlarm firewall and it seems to be working just fine now. However, I'm not sure if this problem is totally a zoneAlarm's problem. Does anyone have any insight into this? I would like to run ZoneAlarm but if it is infact cause by ZoneAlarm then I guess I can't use it then.

Hi Charlie, what version of ZA are you using? There seems to be a glitch in the last version that many people are complaining about. Take a look here http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...d=39951#M39951.
