Capital Letters
Gal bud at work has weird problem in email. I think she's using Outlook. When she's typing and goes to another line, the first letter she types is capitalized, driving her nuts.

If Outlook is like other Office programs, then there should be something under Tools like AutoCorrect which would control these settings.
Edit: Looks like it may be Tools...Options...Spelling. |

Thanks. In my own Outlook (not Office) for mail I see nothing in Spelling that would make each line of text begin with a capital letter.

If she hovers the mouse under the newly capitalised letter, a little thing that looks like lightning should appear. Click on it, and under the options menu on it it should have an option saying 'stop autocapitalising at the start of every line', or something like that. Click on it to de-stress

Jag, she sends her thanks, a portion of which I've enclosed here:
"It worked, thank you and please thank your bud in Australia. That was driving me crazy."
