Windows 2000 Profiles

Hi:

Will have multiple users logging onto a machine but would like all users to have the same desktop settings. I find that each new user has to setup internet explorer, shortcuts, printers. The users will log into a server ( Windows 2003).

Users still need to login with their ID to access their user folders but windows wants them to create a new profile and you have to go through the hassle of setting up the above mentioned features.

Thanks
