Question With Outlook Express
This is probably a pretty stupid question. I use outlook express for all of my emails. All of a sudden, the pictures dont show up anymore and there are just red x's in the email where the pictures are supposed to be. How do I fix it?
Thanks, Matt |

Try right clicking and see what kind of options you get. I know in Outlook, it won't download pictures until you tell it to (in case you get some not so family friendly images in your mail
)

I have that happen most of the time too but it usually gives me a header bar at the top that says something to the effect of "Some images have been blocked from this message....click here to download these images."
Not sure but I think what you need to check is this....go to the Tools menu and select Options. In there go to the Security tab and partway down there should be an area titled "Download Images" with a check box beside an option that says "Block images and other external content in HTML email". If you uncheck it, it should allow these other images to be downloaded. It would, of course, increase your security risk slightly for getting viruses and whatnot, but its up to you.
