Win XP Only in safe mode.....fun

Ok, I have an HP Media Center PC Model m7160 in which only runs in safe mode, what it does is it gets to the windows loading screen then just reboots and does it again. Will not even run in the diagnostic mode using MSCONFIG. What else could be running that is causing it to reboot over and over again??

Boot it into safe mode, go into control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery, uncheck restart on error, and tell us what the BSOD says.

I can't, it doesn't get past the win xp logo loading screen then it just automatically reboots. The only time it fully loads is when it is in safe mode......

That's why glc said boot into Safe mode so you can disable the auto restart on error feature.
