windows 98 boot diskette
I was wondering if there is anyway to get a windows 98 boot diskette...well..for free...i mean..i have one but everytiem i try to do somthing it say "error" or somthing like that..i don't have that long term of a memory..but is there some way to get windows 98 without using the boot diskette?

Yes, but i can't seem to get a floppy drive to work on the computer i'm on right now...

Is the green light on the front of the floppy drive on all the time, regardless of wether there is a floppy disk in it or not?

You aren't going to need one if you install XP the way we suggested in your other thread as long as you have a bootable CD drive.
