I see some new stuff here

I've looked at my IDE/ATAPI controllers in the past in device manager and it has shown this:

Primary IDE Channel
Primary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel

But now it lists this:

Primary IDE Channel
Primary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel
Secondary IDE Channel
Standard dual channel PCI IDE controller
Standard dual channel PCI IDE controller

The only addition to my system is I had a tech install a second hard drive so now I have two hard drives, one is master and the other is slave.

There have been a few times in the past where I have chosen to install the motherboard drivers for my Intel mainboard, so maybe that is what is causing that to appear?

But if that is true, when I erased my hard drive the motherboard drivers would have gotten erased too right?

So I'm not sure why those last two entries are there.

Looks like your system thinks it has an add on PCI IDE Controller. Guessing you haven't added one of those? If your brave and adventurous you could delete the entries and reboot.

Remove/uninstall both standard dual channel PCI IDE controllers, reboot, then install your motherboard drivers.
