Icons changed
Hi , I downloaded a photo program and it changed my icons for .jpeg and .gif. I didn't like the program so uninstalled it. However my icons didn't change back to the default icons. How do I get them back? I have done this before but somehow can't do it now. Thanks.

You should be able to right click on them, go into properties, go to the customise tab, and there should be a change icon option there

I don't have a customize tab. I do have a tab to change the program I want it to open with and it will change the icon to that programs icon. I go to tools;file types I can change the program or set it to restore . I go to restore and it goes back to what it was. Where is the Icons located in Winnt. ??

Hold the shift key down, right click on a jpeg, select Open With. Choose your program you want and check the box to Always use. Repeat for a gif.
