windows security
How do i get rid of that annoying pop up that tells me windows needs to be updated or that the update thing is off or what ever it says. That thig is way annoying. I have my own software doing the security for me and NOT windows crap.
I turned off the firewall and deleted Norton and Mcafee (bought a Emachine)....please forgive me, but i needed one fast.

LOL. Im not "that" stupid lol. even when you turn off the automatic update thing the little red shield is in the task bar and tells you that its turned off
does the computer NOT know that i just did that. how do you get rid of the red icon and the pop up that keeps reminding me that i turned it off?One other question is that the "safely remove hardware" icon is still there as well how does that get removed? |

Control Panel-Security Center- and on the left-hand side click on "Change the way Security Center alerts me".
I would suggest you seriously reconsider not doing the updates and security "crap". |
