Failure To Boot From CD-ROM
Ok cant figure out what is wrong its a XP Computer with just a cd drive in it on boot up i hear a single beep nothing wrong there but after it tries to boot up into windows it says Something about System Disk error and press enter i went into bios and tried to disable the cd rom from boot up and still same error havenčt tried to put windows xp cd in yet should i put windows cd in and just reformat. Computer also has cd drive no floppy no burner just a cd rom drive.É

Yes it sounds like it's time to boot from XP cdrom and do a repair installation.

Or u can boot to the XP cd, choose R at teh first option to install, select he instaltion u are having issues with, and type FIXMBR at teh command promt

Check that there isn't a nonbootable cd (music or whatever} in the cd drive.
