Startup Problem

Could someone please decipher this for me. I get this message upon every startup. It causes a lllooooonennnng startup and if I try to open a browser before I get this message.....zzzzzzz.

Google MXTask.exe and take a look at what it is. If it V communications Fix-It utilities doesn't ring a bell to you, maybe you can uncheck it in your start up tasks using msconfig.

oh yeah that's my older anti-virus software........removed it and problem fixed, thanks
