I am not sure what is the problem actually. I turn on the pc, working, so I just leave it for a few minutes, come back I noticed it kept restarting. When it reaches the windows logon screen, it restarts. Safe mode also is the same, no effect whatsoever. I am not sure whats the problem. My hardware-d-bracket monitoring system shows no errors on the hardware site.
Here is what I managed to get: I took the 120gb SG Barracuda V and into an external HD casing, tried it on the laptop and I get the blue screen of death. Some memory dump. Some numbers 000xxx00 something like that. I think the HD is dead. I narrowed it down to the System HD. Help

Run the Seagate diagnostic utility on that HDD to see if theres a problem with it.
If possible, try installing the OS on another HDD to see if the problem is still there or not. Cricket
