How do you bring up the little icons near the clock?
Did a reinstall of XP and the little icons next to the clock are missing. Anyone know how to bring them up? Thanks.

Which icons? Those are system tray icons for certain programs that are running. If none of them are showing, try clicking on the left-pointing arrow; they may be hddien. Otherwise, you will need to reinstall some software.

You need to reinstall the programs that the icons went to.

The programs are installed and showing in Regedit OK. I'm not seeing the little arrow. Is there some setting that hides all these icons? Thanks.

Right-click on the taskbar, select Properties, then uncheck "hide inactive icons".
