I have a problem with my taskmanager, in that when I press CTL ALT DEL, it comes up, but I have no blue bar at the top or options and tabs to be able to choose what I need to do. Is there any way, other than system restore, as my system is working ok other than this issue, to resolve the problem and reset it back to how it should be?
I'm running Windows XP Pro, with Service pack 2 and all updates installed. Image below shows the problem. Click here. |

This issue has been addressed on these forums tons of times, a search (which is highlighted on these forums) would've shown it...
double click anywhere on the border grey area. |

Oops sorry, banging my head on the keyboard made me forget about the search function...
Apologies. |
