the other problem i have is i wish to delete this version of office as ive jusst got a 2003 version. problem being is that i cant find the original disk i installed it on, so it wont let me delete via control panel without the disk. doeess anyone have any suggestions how i can do this. im hoping th

Is your problem with Outlook or Outlook Express? 2 totally different animals.

If you do not have the CD, you will have to install Office 2003 as an upgrade. It will remove whichever Office 2000 modules you want as part of a custom install.
