Outlook Express PLaying Up
Hi,
I have outlook express as part of office 2000 running on my xp. I have 2 problems on this. firstly, when i send emails, theey stay stuck in my outbox, but they do get sent to the recipient, but after this, i get an error saying they haven't gone, but they do go and they arrive with the recipient about 5 times. i have to physical delete the message out of my outbox.the erorr message doesnt give any faults and it is blank any help on this one? the other problem i have is i wish to delete this version of office as ive jusst got a 2003 version. problem being is that i cant find the original disk i installed it on, so it wont let me delete via control panel without the disk. doeess anyone have any suggestions how i can do this. im hoping th at deleting this verssion and putting the new version on will solve the problem off the multibple email sent aswell. many thanks

Is your problem with Outlook or Outlook Express? 2 totally different animals.
If you do not have the CD, you will have to install Office 2003 as an upgrade. It will remove whichever Office 2000 modules you want as part of a custom install. |
