Do i partition the disk and split it first or leave a split formatted and the other unformatted? do i need a software that will control the booting mechanism for both OS at startup???? HELP |

Partition the disk first.
Install windowsME on C: Install Win2k on D: (or any other partition). Make sure you specify NOT to update/upgrade. The Win2k install will automatically install the boot loader so you can choose which OS to use. It's that simple. |
