Hi Vista...

What the hell are you?

Can someone give me some PEOPLE information on what this OS is going to be and what new things it is bringing over XP Pro (if any)? And when can we expect it in stores?

For now, the major change that Vista will bring is in the graphics. 3D desktops, vector graphics, that kind of stuff. Frankly, it is not worth upgrading. There was supposed to be a new file system introduced with Vista based on SQL server concepts, but that has been pushed to the future.

If you want the official scoop from M$, go here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/default.mspx
