windows media player10
 hi. I cannot get my win mplayer10 to play avideo without giving a win mediahas encountered a problem and needs to close ' but it will load amovie from afile in my computer with no problem! i started with player9 and upgraded thinkingit would cure prob. my comp is a 2002 hp 512w 1.3,30 gig h/d 192mb mem havexp servpack 2 andautoupdates ihope this enough info to start wbill

192 megs of ram is pretty low to run XP. I would start by upping the ram to at least 512.
