I am unable to log into Yahoo or other sites that require passwords. After trying to log in I get the IE page expiration error. Also unable to purchase online when redirected to the purchase page. My internet access is set to medium (default).Firewall is on but has never been an issue before. Any comments would be appreciated.
I'm running on Windows XP with cable connection. |

Are you running the latest version of IE? Is this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821814/ might deal with your issue but it involves calling MS support. Personally, I would try to update IE and disable any third party software and trying like ZoneAlarm or Norton Firewall etc.

It sounds like sites with HTTPS are not working. I had this problem last night and I had to release/renew DHCP on my router to get it to work. I don't know if you are on a router or not, or a direct connection.
