new hd xp install startup error

I just installed windows xp on a brand new sata hd and when booting I get this:

Verifyiing DMA pool Data......

INtel UNDI, PXE2 build 082

For Realtek Gigabit ethernet Controller

Client Mac ADDR 001109380886 GUID FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

PXE - E53: No boot filename recieved

PXE - MOF: Exiting PXE.Rom

Invalid Partition Table

I Have another hardrive on sata port 4 and this one is on 3 So i booted up the other hd and check drive with no errors.

Also I managed to boot up the new install once using windows cd but now when i try to do that it says missing or curupt file........I forget which one...HL. something maybe??????????

Any ideas???????

Ok, so i reinstalled windows and turned off the gigabit onboard lan and here is what i get:

Verifying DMA Pool Data.........

Boot from CD:

Please insert system disk and press enter
(or something close to that)

Bios is setup to boot hardrives first not cd.

Also, does anyone know how I could make a boot cd instead of disk because I have no floppy drive
