Task Manager Woes
When I press Ctr+Alt+Del to open task manager it only opens an icon at the bottom bar near the time, it dosn't show the list of programs and it dosnt even animate the CPU usage.

Witch OS do you have? if you have XP, you open the task manager it should be under process and performance.
COuld be a virus not letting you acess the task manager
