Tons of Windows XP Problems
#1. Ctr Alt Del, can't get task manager to show up at all
#2. Whenever I try tp update it trys to install the same 2 files, 3.1 Setup, and BITS 2.0 #3. Keeps locking up and crashing #4. 'Turn off Computer' opens up logoff icons, those dont do anything but freeze the system. Lots of other small things. I tried running ZoneAlarm, didn't run. Tried running AVG Antivirus, it ran but didn't solve it. Ad-aware, ran, didn't find anything wrong. Yahoo anti-virus, ran, didn't find anything wrong. I have no idea what or why is going on at this point. |

Specs please.
Is this home built or a name brand computer? If name brand, do you have the restore CD? Do you remember when this started? Did you install something (hardware or software) and this problem showed up? Did this start after cruising the net? Is this computer overclocked at all?  Cricket
