Running system file checker
Trying to run system file checker as per microsoft publication because of error 1721. When i get to item 2, sfc /purgecache and then enter i get a message: The specific error code is 0x0000066ba (the RPC server is unavailable)
Any ideas what i can do about it please? |

Your first try would likely be the procedure described in the following MSKB article: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;296241 Should that not work (although hopefully it will!) you can look through the troubleshooter in this article: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;224370 Though perhaps you've fixed things already!
