How to get more than 3 simultaneous downloads on Win XP Pro?
Hi all, I'm using Windows XP Pro. Something that's always annoyed me is the fact that XP only ever allows me three simultaneous downloads at a time. It is only when one of these three will finish, that the "save to" window for the new file that I've clicked to download will pop up. I remember there was a tip of the day some time back to try and fix this by changing something in the registry. Well I made those alterations but unfortunately it didn't change anything.
So does anyone know how to get infinite simultaneous downloads in XP? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi, Which browser are you using? I use Firefox 1.07 yet and there are a few extensions for it; although, I haven't found the need as I've had at least 4 small files downloading as it is. In the old days I used Getright. ChiJoan |
