Can't reinstall Internet Explorer
I ended up with some virus which I removed but now I can't send out emails from outlook express and it is telling me that it is corrupt and needs to be re-installed. To re-install it I have to re-install IE6. When I downloaded IE6 from www.microsoft.com I am getting an error message that the download was blocked because it does not have a valid digital signature.
I was able to download and install Microsoft Anti-spyware but I can't download and install IE6.  What am I doing wrong here?
