How do I boot straight into Windows XP?
I usually like my PC to boot straight into Windows XP Pro without having to click on anything but for some strange reason my PC now stops at the Welcome Logon screen and I need to click on my user account name to access Windows (my user account is the only one on the PC).
Does anyone know how to rectify this inconvienience? TIA.

That problem occurs when you have .Net installed from Windows Update without the additonal updates. Do the updates at WU and see if the problem goes away.

heres what I do...
go into user accounts...you will see your account and the .net account.... just delete the .net account and reboot....problem solved..
