Customizing your XP theme

Hi. I'm not sure which forum this belonged in, so I'm hoping it will get a good response here. I've been playing around with the xp desktop and trying to create a cool theme for my pc. But I don't seem to have anywhere near the power to create themes as good as some of the ones I see online, with semi-transparent start menus and such. Is there a particular program I need to download, or anything like that? Basically, I want an awesome theme for my xp desktop, does anybody know where I can download them for free, or where I can download a tool to make my own?

Any help is much appreciated.

Read carefully if you decide to download any themes from thsi site. They want to install a "toolbar" with the theme file when i downloaded the half life 2 theme.

Cool

I just downloaded Royale Theme for WinXP which is a Windows Xp Media Center theme. Works and looks very well.
copy and paste this (not sure how to rename a quick hyperlink for it. Like "here")

I have used WindowBlinds in the past (just doing some experimenting) and it's pretty good.

As far as I know you can use it without ever purchasing a licence for it...but if you do pay then you get even more functionality.
