98se freezes or reboots by itself

Hi all, I'm currently running 98se with 512 ram. The computer constantly freezes when I minimizes web pages or click on the taskbar Sometimes it even shuts down and reboots on its own. It has also freezed when trying to print or use Microsoft Works, so it doesn't seem internet related. Things I have tried; Cleaned fans and processer, runs at 44degC, replaced power supply, booted with memory test- ok, hard drive test- ok, run registry mechanic, run various anti spyware and anti virus and scan disk. I'm about out of ideas so any help will sure be welcome. I might add if I leave the computer alone, it is ok all day, just a thought, could this be mouse relate?

Have you gone through your startup list to make sure you don't have 10 tons of stuff running?
