Thumbs up Windows performance booster

Hi,

After hours and hours on end ive finaly got my computer back up and running

Just wanted to know if anyone knows of a good (preferbly free)Windows performance booster or something similar that will tune windows to make it faster.

And if you would please post a link to the site with the program on.
