I see from your signature you're using XP Home???

Might try Right click My Computer->Manage->User Accounts->Click on the account you wan and select Disable.

Just change their password and don't tell them what you changed it to. This way they will not be able to get in.

I tried that up to the Manage part but it does not say user accounts
I think that you can only lock user accounts in Xp Pro and i just wanted to know if its possible to do it in Xp Home edition.

Soppose i could just do what faulkner132 said but it would be better if i could lock accounts.

Also instead of me making another post is there a way i can stop other users from downloading anything compleatly?
Thanks
