splat 3 lost dll's, cant reload printer etc, how do i get them back

i have lost 3 dll's ....__*___ = can not access necessary file

C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallK898458$\ORUN32.EXE"__*__pctree32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallK898458$\ORUN32.EXE"__*__Learn32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727_*__msvcr80.dll ..10 of these
and.. and ActiveX..-The key, "acrobat./Defaultlcon refers to a missing icon.. ArcoRd.exe

how can i get these fixed.. i have an HP1115 Printer that constantly looses contact with the Computer..'2.6GHz Compaq Preserio'.. this time i couldnt just reload it and i get these messages on my utilities fix..'can't fix'

so is there some software out there that can deal with this.. i have had to reload XP about 4 times in less than 2 years

the only thing i did different is i got a new keyboard.. a Pakard Bell, the little black one that came with the puter really sucks, and i got this one cheap.

i lost the use of my mouse in the multiplayer for Halo.. also

I really dont want to reload XP again.. thanks

He meant a repair install of windows xp. It's in the installation options when you boot the cd.

Anyways, go to DLL-files.com and search for your specific DLLs. Extract them to your System32 folder, and it should resolve your problem. If it doesn't look for alternate versions of the DLL files.

If he's been playing any of those "root kitted" CDs he'll still have the same problem.
If he hasn't he still needs to check for malware before he does a repair install.

what are root kitted cd's.. and i have PC-cillion, and Webroot spy sweeper and do spybot too.. I have always had problems with ActiveX in this computer and with deleting anything.. that is where a lot of the problems start..not all though..

I think this computer was defective and they resold it to me.. when i was reloading Xp once, the registration box came up with an address in Georga.

the people in Bangladash told me ActiveX program itself had problems and a patch was comming out and i took it to the shop and they had to take out ActiveX get it to work at all..

aparently it is deleting things that causes most of my problems, i later had to reinstal the XP.. then i had a problem with Adobie.. trying to load something and it failed and started over and over and locked things up, i now have another Adobie problem.. i also have a problem keeping my HP1115 printer online.. i have to reload it all the time..but now i cant even reload it.

i do not know alot about computers.. but fighting this thing to keep it going has taught me quite a bit

thanks for your help. .......i really cant afford to take this thing to the shop all the time, and i live in a VERY rural area of West TN and i am not too sure about the local service.. it is in the back room of a pet shop..

Okay, take a deep breath and tell us what you have in the way of restore CDs and what back up you've done.

The Compaq comes with a restore partition as well as the means to burn restore cds, have you done that?
