NTLDR Compressed....grrrrr

Ok, I have an HP here that just got a full system restore done on it. Now the problem is, is that there is an error coming up saying that NTLDR is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart. So I went into recovery console to use the attrib -c commang to uncompress it. But two things are stopping me. One, it says that it cannot find the file specified and two, I am not sure quite how to use the attrib command. So I was wondering if somebody could give me a clue on how to use it and find the ntldr
