Unhappy i did a partial recovery and lost my Favorates, i need to do it again

and i dont want to lose what i have again.. I keep losing dll's and my HP1115 printer keeps losing contact and i have to download the CD, it wont reinstal anymore so i have to do another partial recovery of XP.

i can't seem to find my new Favorates at all to copy it..

i went to 'my computer' and clicked on 'properties' then 'expoere'.. and cant find the existing list..

i was told that the old Favorates should still be in there somewhere too, but i cant find either one.

i had a lot of research in there too..

can Anyone tell me how to copy/backup my existing favorates.. and maybe how to find the displaced previous favorates i lost last time.

thanks

it would be a lot easier for you to just do a restore point back to a point that your system was running good.

Your Favorites should be stored on
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Favorites

Just visit that folder next time, and save all the shortcuts and folders onto a flash drive or a floppy. That's the easiest way to back them.
