I have a problem when I try to close Windows

Hi..... for a couple of weeks I'm having a problem when I want to close Windows on my laptop.

When I click on Turn off the computer a window appears to me that says that a program doesn't respond and that it has to finish itself... this program is called "base2form".

I don't know what it can be..... my antivirus doesn't detect it and I'm starting to worry....


I looked for this on the internet, that's how I got here.... but it doesn't say anything


So please if any of you can help me, it would be so great. Thanks!
